Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Planodium, operated by Prosessiv Nguyen, a business registered in Norway. Norwegian law applies.

The products

All products are digital files that you download. E-books and audiobooks in the library are written with the help of AI, and the audiobooks are read by a synthetic voice. Each product page states which language the product is in. Prices on the English site are in US dollars (USD) and on the Norwegian site in Norwegian kroner (NOK), and include any applicable taxes; your card issuer may convert the amount to your currency. Products are made with the help of AI and tested before sale, but they are not tax, accounting or legal advice.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made by card through Stripe. Right after your purchase you get a link to download the product. We do not store any card details.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). If you want to cancel your purchase, contact us at post@prosessiv.no within 14 days and you will get your money back.

Faulty products

If the product does not work as described, contact us at post@prosessiv.no. We will fix the problem or refund you.

Complaints

If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the Norwegian Consumer Council. EU consumers can also use the European Consumer Centre in their country.
